British company intends to buy “Crystal" plant for $ 6 mln and invest more than 300 mln to the plant
Bishkek, Kabar /. The British company «RICHY KG» LLC intends to buy "Crystal" plant for $ 6 million and invest more than $ 300 million to the plant, head of the department on bankruptcy of the Ministry of State Property of Kyrgyzstan Bolsunbek Kazakov told at the press conference at the Kabar Agency.
According to him, the British company is a subsidiary of the domestic «RICHY GROUP» LLC, founded by Austrian citizen Mario Blass.
He emphasized that the privatization process will be held in accordance with all previously adopted requirements, approved by the state. In particular, the cost of "Crystal" will be at least $ 6 million and the buyer should invest more than $ 300 million for in upgrading of the plant and nearby hydroelectric power stations.
